I would assume the one under 50k is an import though! Now the UK cars are available i'd expect those prices to fall just like the R34.

R34 prices have been strong as an ox for a long time.

R35 is still a low volume car so I think the prices will still be strong. They have just released the Sat Nav spec cars so I think it will be a while before prices settle.

It does seem that if you want one from a delaer, it can be had fairly quickly.

I don't think there will be any 40k UK cars this year.

Imports (which I think the silver one is in that link) are suffering though.

A good prospect if you don't want a warranty.

Is it an import?

Imports tend to effect Uk prices, did with the Jap stuff I owned in the past anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if prices weaken faster than people think.

Depends Subaru, in the case of the GTR the UK spec is significantly better than JDM (unlike with Subaru STi)

Is the UK spec really that much better?

Or is it such that it has more 'leathery' seats, different sat nav and UK spec suspension?

I don't know, but my guess is it's 99% the exact same car.

The key is in the bit where you say "I don't know"

As usual

The JDM car has the whole MDF display in Japanese and it's unlikely anyone will crack it soon. That includes the Sat Nav. The seats aren't as good in the JDM (not just the leather, the actual comfort / grip). UK has more power. UK Suspension is customised by Bilstien for UK roads. Revised gearbox settings. And you get a warranty.

I think import numbers will be low due to the exchange as a UK car is cheaper atm. They were being imported a while back when it was worth the

Sorry Mark, I was laughing too much not to post that!

The warranty is an issue, but the suspension....sounds like a fad to me.

Not tried the seats so I don't know at all.

More power from the engine you say? Hmm, well I can't see it being like the Supra whereby it has bigger turbos etc, so my guess is that it is just a small boost upgrade.

Oops

MDF might be a nice touch.

The suspension is no fad. The JDM stuff is just too harsh for our roads, even on comfort settings. I've been in one and it's over firm.

Yes, more power... not much, but it's more It's ECU related.

I don't see the point in your argument though. Why take a JDM car over a Uk spec in this case? Especially when the gearbox costs about
