You may have read my review of the Cayman S t'other week. I wouldn't get one due to the blandness

One of the reasons why I'd go for a 993 (crap interior notwithstanding) if/when I sell up and swap - a product of the days when Porsche completely and needlessly over-engineered their cars.

They look better than the 996 too in my view - but then that's always going to be subjective.

If I was minted beyond recognition I'd like a 997 GT3 RS, in orange. It's the one supercar that actually appeals to me. Otherwise, nah, not so bothered really.

funny how there are some cars you just don't want

regardless of their capability

Lambos do little for me either

Ferrari every time

And I've gone right off Mercs

yet I fancy an old Lancia

Not a Porsche fan either, maybe its the old Beetle that comes to mind!
Talking of Lancias, well how about the Stratos? Ferrari Dino mid engine,
fabulous. Still looks fresh today. Like the Monte Carlo too.

Russ.
