How bad does driving have to get before something changes?
As to who is to blame in any "situation", if they don't look at you, you know you were in the right. The slightly distracted, teenage girl in the battered Clio who pulls out in front of you causing to brake sharply can't possibly be to blame because she's looking fixedly ahead and since she can't see you, you're simply not there. I'd normally give them a blast on the horn but the Swift's horn is a pathetic wee beep that just produces giggles ...

These people need to be removed from the roads.
Just today in the local Tesco car park a stupid bint in a bratcarrier pulled straight out in front of me whilst looking the other way, I had to brake hard and sounded my horn whilst she gave me the finger, I had her blocked in so I was able to point out that she was the one who should be swivelling, she said I was being disgusting so I pointed out she was the one giving the finger, meanwhile the two kids in the back had started world war three. 1-0
