Woman next door works in B&Q so I have an order in for decking/fence treatment when it comes back into stock, I’ve no work to go back to so jobs will get done but maybe 2 hours in the morning and then out to lunch someplace with the car when lockdown eases.
Admiral are apparently sending £25 refunds out so might get that, will other insurers do the same?

Discovered yesterday that our favourite Italian restaurant has started up deliveries, so order placed and wine breathing/cooling, bottle dependant, I need to pay attention to timing though, she reckoned delivery for 7 o’clock, so I ordered for........ 17.00, luckily we got text to say it would delivered on time at 5pm, hungry anyway, it was great but I had to wash up after, Prosecco with dinner then later she had some random white but I had laid out a really nice Amerone, it was great she didn’t have to cook just heat the plates.
Back to normal today, home made chicken pie.

Here in the sticks meat delivery yesterday and the chuck steak (quite a fatty cut) did my beef curry recipe a treat.

Can't afford Amerone but hope it was a young full bodied one.

No the wine not the missus

Turns out it was 2014 and a medal winner, quite light compared to some of the reds I tend to drink, no idea where it came from or what I paid but it went down a treat, so glad wife decided she'd stick to white, meaning it was all for me. Had to go to the bottle bank trip this morning, a weeks worth of wine bottles and a host of jars, someone got bored and cleaned the cupboards out, thankfully the council are keeping the large wheely bins emptied although it seems some folk just throw any rubbish in the nearest bin, that was my daily walk done, rugby replay on the club website at 3pm and tomorrow itv4 have BTCC replays so that's a few hours covered. Never missed the dog so much as now.

Used the BM today. Burning smell.. one rear disc at 280C

Caliper refurb then? The joys of lockdown

Our fridge also died, we have a spare but decided to go large rather than tiny under counter jobs. This meant removing and tiling which meant Screwfix for adhesive.. at least they are open now. Pain getting simple stuff though

Dog groomer visited but social distancing she worked in the garage.
No worries a tough gal from farming stock. Compared with some farm buildings she was in heaven.

Good opportunity to give the S a nice long run to nowhere on the forecourt. I did take it up to VTEC engagement before sadly putting it back.
