There's worse things in Cheshire than RRS Mike

But Nick, spot on with the RRS observation. They *hate* being overtaken, especially on country roads. They actually believe they are fast.

he nearly stuffed it into the back of the car 10 lengths in front, had the back end squirming and luckily the car in front had the room and sense to move over as the gap became available, it could have been very bad, why do people drive at speed up to cars and just assume they will or can move
still a beautiful car and fast
I believe it's some sort of pissing contest when people do this, happens a lot with people in big diesels as well?

Funny how when they drive on a proper road where you have to drive the car they are incredibly slow.

FWIW a mate had an M6 for a short while, he described it as "a bar of soap on four olives"

The problem is with that sort of power is that you can rarely use it so people see every straight line, national speed limit stretch of road with a gap larger than an inch as an opportunity to nail it.

The M6 goes on my very long 'would like to drive, but not own' list.

Thus, I shall group all drivers of Peugeot, Citroen and Vauxhall together and call them delinquents, noisy and irritating drivers.

Stereotypes work a treat don't they!

It's not BMW per se that has the worst drivers, in my scientific study, I realised it's particularly Black German Saloons, so BMW 3 and 5, Merc C, Cl, CLS, LSC WTF, E, ELO, and Audi 3,4.2,5 and 6. The colour is important.

Not entirely unsurprisingly the luxury models, the BMW 7, the Audi A8 and the Merc S class don't see to suffer that problem.
