Definitely don't get an auto - my bruv has an auto NSX and you just don't get as much enjoyment out of it. The times when I've had a go I constantly found my left foot stamping into the carpeting.

I'm 6' 2" and I could just about find a comfortable driving position. On the other hand my bruv is about 6ft and he has no problems at all. He's just got back from a driving holiday around Europe with his gf and he didn't have any pains or aches at all.

If you are still looking.. there is a purple manual targa here

with lots of upgrades, including Recaro seats!
Looks like a car that you could asset strip, if you were that way inclined

Is the Targa compromised on handling compared to the coupe?

Yes,

although it's partly because the suspension is slightly softer & more touring-orientated, until teh very last series.

It's a bit of a blue-touch-paper question amongst NSX addicts, though!

That one on Pistonheads is lovely

Bargain as well, considering all the bits that come with it...

This one now has new pics.. just to show how nice it is... assett strip? - no! - even if it would be worth more as a standard car plus parts - it would be a real shame to revert such a great car back to standard

They're like buses, these:

Nothing for years, then two similar turn up at once!

I'm not sure about a profit, but you should be able to get a good car at a reasonable price if you did asset strip it.

Then you or the market would decide if you could sell it on.

I would imagine the 2 cars would perform very similarly even though 1 is a 3.0 and the other is a 3.2.
