Picked up a different runaround
Fantastic car.
Designed as an interim model but was much more succesful than planned.
Having tried a Brera at launch I would have much preferred the GT - if only because of the usable back seat, but I went for the S instead.
3.2 V6 Alfa engines are wonderful sounding things. They don't look too bad either.
See you at Auto Italia show in a few weeks then?

Definitely going to try and make Auto Italia. Planning on going to Duxford (http://duxford.iwm.org.uk/server/show/conEvent.3612) as well, however flying to Cyprus on the same day so will decide on the day.
In terms of specs, 0-60 is 6.7, 236 bhp, 300Nm - http://www.fastestlaps.com/cars/alfa..._gt_32_v6.html
However it feels faster and may well have been chipped earlier in it's life. The previous owner compared performance with friends GTAs and the GT was equal, if not faster.
Nice car Chris
I'll bet you don't get anywhere near 30mpg out of it though
Still, I'm sure the experience will make up for it and if you're not doing big miles, so what
I shall have to post up details of my latest beater but it's nowhere near as glam as the Alfa

I'll be happy with 22 mpg for regular use.... although getting quite a bit less during the honeymoon phase of ownership.
