Did you watch the comparison on 5th Gear it think it was last week?

Where Tiff was finding the understeer of the Cayman annoying in comparison to the Lotus....

I was sure he said it could use an LSD to help rotate it about the corners
10 K difference in price between Porsche and the Lotus, would that pay for a Cayman S instead.?

No idea!

I like the Cayman, ever since I saw Starlight's.

Nice in white, the green 'thing' they had on that show was horrid though.

Steve - The Cayman he was testing had an LSD, i'm not convinced about the understeer, with PSM off oversteer is no problem?

Martin - Yeah you could get a Cayman S for less than an Evora, interesting how they didn't test the S which is a more comparable car in terms of price.

Tiffany Dell used to complain about the understeer in the NSX as well.

Like the Gaybar, it's set up with a lot of castor, to protect the numpties.

Like most Hondas, you can drive round it with the throttle steer & by trail braking, which one must employ in many ME cars anyway.

The Evora uses fast steering, which disguises the understeer a bit and it is sort of easier to get a decent slide going. But it is a big car to catch.

I don't think Tiffany understands this, judging by the way he used to wreck tyres on the telly.

Congratulations!!!
Just beware of deer and Audi A3 drivers!

I was really surprised at how flimsy the front bumper is after seeing the results of the deer incident ..... and at the £5K repair bill

Bumpers are designed to do that & Porsches are commendably light. The weight saving has to come from somewhere.

Having said that, it's shocking how big the repair bills are...

I noticed the other day thats theres no carpet under the seats to help with the weight saving.

Will keep my eye out for A3 drivers and deers

Quite sensible.

Mind you, if Honda tried that, it'd be called cheeseparing!
