And incidentally, the camera wasn't strapped to a Fezza. It was a Mercedes.

Not necessarily true but who knows.
Lelouche would never say for sure. Lots of conjecture. Supposed to be on a Fezza 375 & the engine noise is from one according to some yanks who analysed the audio of it. They also reckoned the engine note was recorded at the locations on the video. There is also a timing chart done by someone indicating 136mph at the fastest point on the film.
