£49 saw TomTom Europe on my iPhone.
Updates itself as and when required for the cost of the data (it's about 1mb every 5-6 weeks, so probably in your inclusive bundle)
So far used in UK, France, Austria and Malta - faultless - and it links to google etc so I can navigate to a search result.
