I have had a Shell reward card for a while now and I was accumulating a good number of points

Then they changed from Plus Points to Drivers Club and then all my points miraculously dissapeared

I luckily had tracked this and then contacted Services, finally they re-imbursed me the points.

Over the last 6 weeks points are being deducted from my account but I have not received any vouchers.

I have emailed them again but I am starting to get very annoyed with the whole system and my loyalty is not being honoured and I think it is another ITV phone in fraud like thing. It happened before when I had a Total Topscard account!!

So does anyone else have concerns or answers to my questions?

 

I noticed that they hadn't transferred the 30k ish Pluspoints onto the new card for me, but haven't got round to sorting it out yet.

 

We need to join together and act as one!!!

Mine is no where near 30ks of points but still worth a lot of money.

I realise we pay for the petrol anyway, but if they are going to offer a loyalty scheme then they need to keep to it.

We can then send on a link to the thread and get something done!!

 

I have got about 18000 points, but I no longer fill up at Shell as I don't have a close enough garage. I now do the Nectar points using either BP Ultimate or Sainsbury's SUL.

I just rang them up and they have transferred the points over.

However, now they will redeem your points every quarter automatically rather than let you save them up. The only way he said I could get round that is to select Ferrari gifts because then they need you to select what you want, rather than simply send you a voucher.

I think their scheme is very poor. I don't have anywhere near the points being talked about here, but I've had all sorts of issues with the points not being registered correctly. Finally they sent me a V-Power club card, but only after I hassled them.

The website is crap, although I can see the balance I've *never* been able to see the transaction statements to check what goes to make up the balance.

I still continue using V-Power, but its more because I like the fuel and it suits the car rather than their crappy loyalty scheme and the gifts available.

I'm yet to set any evidence of their "special" V-Power Club benefits!

PS. There's a Ferrari Ripstop Mesh top for 9250 points, so you could have three of these for your 30K points!

My account was a complete disaster and I couldn't be bothered with the hassle for what you get.

 

I got my quarterly statement earlier in the week but the money-off voucher that was referred to in it hadn't been enclosed! Can't really be arsed to chase it up for the sake of

 

I am sorry but this is very poor. How can companies work like this!

I may be shouting about nothing, but if I was to make such claims at my company and we didn't follow up then I / we would be out of business in no time!!

So far it is showing me that this is not a closed incident!

 

As a point of principle I don't take part in any rewards schemes - "they" capture enough data about me already thank you very much
