I have asked them three times for a new card over the last few months .... nothing has arrived despite their promises. I don't know where their call center is but they don't seem to understand me ! It is very, very frustrating.

I sent them an email + the reply was that I would get a card by the end of September as they were being reprinted .... The card has, surprise surprise, never arrived!

I emailed them rather than waste more time on the phone - and guess what ... I have yet to receive a reply to that now.

They are indeed a joke.

 

Pretty much the same story.

They did a scheme where for 25,000 points you could name your gift. I was going to get motorbike lessons.

I was on about 12,000 points then they changed to "drivers club" and my points went down to 3,000 or something. And the exchange rate was 2 to 3 IIRC

They told me to get a new card, register it and they'd convert new points to my account. This wasn't happening, or showing on the useless website.

They then told me a new card was in the post. It still hasn't arrived.
Some emails later they mentioned v-power club to me. FFS I was on that until they told me to join the drivers club.

 

Me too, never even knew they changed the scheme until I was in a Shell station and the guy gave me the new card application bumf and told me to use the new card. I have since tried to get my 12k points transferred over, with 3 emails saying no probs it will be done asap, but never has.

Absolutely cr@p loyalty scheme. It's like that Necter card, you need to spend

 

I'm very confused!! My card got changed over and now my 5 years or so of points seem to have disappeared

 

My 5469 points seem to have disappeared as well.

 

Just had two letters from them this morning. One contained a new card and a letter saying, send all your receipts and we'll add the points!!!!

The other one was my statement and a

 

My statement says:

You now have 0.00 Shell V-Power Club points

Previous points = 10516
Pluspoints earned = 142
You redeemed = 0
Closing balance = 10658

(ok so far...)

New Shell VPower Club Balance
Club points earned = 277
Transferred Pluspoints = 0
Total = 277

Converted to #0.00 Fuel Voucher

Balance going forward = 277 points


WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER 10,658 ??????

No vouchers, just a bonus offer where i can an extra 50 points when i next fill up !!

 

Damn, I haven't even checked since getting the new card ages ago. I might just have a look online now.

 

I had an email back from them today .... apparently the card I was promised by the end of September will now be with me by the end of .... November !

All due to a few 'problems' they have been having .... which was the excuse 2 months ago

I will believe it when I see it .......

 

I can't even log on the site, requested my password, NOTHING.
