Well, my points are back to normal now. Plus points have been transferred to Drivers Club points. And my reward is airmiles. I just don't understand how they know my airmiles account number

I thought they had canned the V power club? And now it was just the 'Drivers club'. As far as I can see I have absolutely no way of changing my reward! I keep getting vouchers through the post, so I'm not accumulating points.

Changing your rewards should be possible via their crappy web site, or I guess calling their customer services.

I haven't (yet) had a problem with Drivers Club - even if the rewards are at measly levels, but I was intrigued to see their bonus points offers in my mailing this week.....
