I requested my password yesterday and got it within a few minutes - has yours perhaps been caught by a spam filter ?

 

I'm changing to BP and Nectar I think - the new Shell points (fuel/oil option) are issued automatically and you get a voucher to spend at a Shell garage with a 2 month time limit. No good to me as I used to save my points up for the year and then buy oil to service my car(s) and this means I can't do this anymore. Bye bye Shell...

Right finally got in - it wasn't even getting past server side spam filter.

I have a pluspoints balance of 12k odd



And some other balance (only 200)



So WTF does this mean?

 

Right so I changed my rewards to Air Miles....

And in there there is a checkbox to transfer pluspoints to these new points

 

But where do you enter your airmiles number ?

Yesterdsay I got a new card in the mail I didn't even ask for, and am still waiting for my rewards voucher supposedly sent some time ago, and their phone helpdesk are utter shite.

 

Anyone know someone who works for Shell?

 

Is the reward worth the effort (generally speaking, not this hassle)?
