The local gravel, which we call marle, is unavoidable as are the pot holes. However road salt is not an issue!
Looks like it will be ok then.
Incidentally, Aircon is standard here.

Try and find a forum or breaker who has removed the air con system a few times - they ought to know the process, and will obviously have all the parts.

It's probably just the cost; you've got to remove all the bits without breaking them (pipes!) and the under the dash bit will be fiddly.

Then there's the bits on the nose of the engine. Fiddly.

What about the engine ECU? If it's already got the idle stabilisation bit (and solenoid) on it and is plug n' play, then fine.

TBH, flog it & buy a Sport with Aircon in the same colour & no-one will know.

Will the boot take golf clubs?
Looks good.
Takes my main bag with the woods/metals out but if I'm just using my pencil bag, it goes in no probs. Certainly more capable in that department than most of the VAG stuff. I've loads of friends that bought Audis and VWs without doing the golf bag test and were nearly driven to return the car. (Of course their badge snobbery ultimately mean they kept their ill-suited cars ...)
That's what I need to know.I'm going on the look out for one..used.
Is yours the Sport model? If not they're still quite nippy, so I read. What engine you got?

Different rear seat in the sport from the other models
