My S had it fitted from new and I've never sorted the subscription. I'll do that and see how I go. It would be good to chip a bit more off the insurance

I chose Tracker over the Trackstar it already had because the cop cars have Tracker locators in them (not Trackstar who have to relay it via their control centre)

Not sure what to do; def. doesn't include the first year's subs in the installation price, but what's the point of paying the subs if they can find the car anyway.

I'm actually a bit worried about what to do !

 

Tracker are imbeciles.

Despite telling them, they are still chasing me for a subscription for one on a car that I didn't buy in the end.

 

Who did you go with and how has their service been?

 

Their customer service is cr*p ..... shame as the product does actually work !

They are definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with over the phone - it usually takes three or four attempt to get them to do what you want ...... in my case take my yearly sub off me

 

Trackstar were no better; I phoned them too when I was deciding which one to get and they were awful.

Wonder where you stand legally; well I've tried to pay you several times, you've assured me you can find the car anyway, so FIND IT !!
