More like an old Peugeot or Honda.

Thinking about it, whilst the car itself is probably fine, what will make it really gay is there will undoubtably be Skoda, SEAT, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Scania, Porsche, version-without-identity-so-you-can make-your-own versions and they'll all suddenly seem a bit pointless and silly...

Just seen this in Autocar. How is 1200kg 'light' ? And that badge on
the front?! It was only cool in the eighties one week when the Beast
Boys slung it around their necks.

Russ.

It's the same as a 10 YO Honda and less than a Boxster...

The VW badge was wonderfully classless on the Golf, etc, of yore. Until Pi

Aside from the engines, isn't the styling of all VAG groups products converging? That just looks like an R8 lite to me. No bad thing but I would always be embarassed driving it knowing people thought I was buying it as a fascimile of the R8

I'm ashamed to admit I quite like the look of it for some reason but you just know it's going to be as dull as dishwater to drive

Diesel sports cars? F**k off.

And the TT is not a sports car anyway.
