Well, since they come from Bavaria that really doesn't make a great deal of sense. Unless the stupid Brits order oversized wheels & then try to drive them on summer tyres....

At least Volvos used to be RWD AND had shit handling anyway.

the IN STOCK was not entirely true... sadly Camskill just e-mailed to day expected in 2 weeks....

let's hope it doesn't freeze over in that time!

mildly disappointed.

event got mine ordered and fitted in 3 working days.
the Komoron's are their 3rd best selling tyre according to the fitter, so the 'budget' brand was put a bit at ease with his comments.

around here, it's been around 3-4c overnight, so the winter rubber working within it's limits. i might have to inflate them a bit more though, feels like i have about 15psi the way they are handling right now...

Don't worry, I've ordered mine now.

Therefore we can expect the hottest winter on record.

M-sport version, so on 245/45/18's

BMW recommend 225/50/17's for winter sizes, fortunately they just squeeze over my massive discs & callipers.

I'm guessing it's the same in Deutschland as that's what comes up on their www.

It's more the 314i with those wheels ordered as an option that's risible and the UK seems to specialise in ordering!

If you go to the German site Mytyres (it's all about me!) they will even deliver the tyres on the correct (steel) rims for most cars. Invariably they ought to be an inch smaller in both dimensions; we are using the summer size on the Civ, since it was as easy to buy four spare wheel rims from scrappers.
