why even consider one after the s.

surley a boxster s or a cayman is the only move up[in the roadster market].

Z4s are complete shit.

 

For me I fancy a change (I've had 2 S2000's)

Boxsters are 10 a penny, new boxster S looks good but not that much different from the original and there are far too many on the road.

Caymans are hard top - not half as much fun in the Sun and I can't get the Gayman comments once it was lauched out of my head.

Don't want a Z4 - want a Z4M - for a while; then perhaps another S2000 once I've had enough of the Z4M and Honda decide it's time for a power boost.

That just me, I don't know about the others.

 

I've never been a big fan, but:

1. They have the 343bhp M3 engine in them
2. They are a convertible
3. They respond well to being driven by the scruff of the neck
4. I can afford one

I'll probably end up with a Porsche though.

(actually there are a couple of good points about them but terrible handling on the one I drove)

 

Could you bear to be seen in a four wheel canoe. Even one with 343 bhp and a VANOS system designed to last three years and one day !!!
