Bad Day at the Crown Honda Dealership.
Took my S in to Crown Honda for a simple fix of the top latch clicking noise after working a 12 hour night shift. They were done in an hour. Great service guy and customer service.
When I inspected the car after the service guy pull the car out. Guess what, a deep, deep scratch and a dent on my right fender. It was down to the metal. I was too tired and sleepy to raise hell.
I told the service guy what happened. He apologize and said that the auto body guy should be here in an hour. He fixed the scratch for me, but I have to bring it back in a month so that they can remove the dent. They wanted a sufficient amount of time for the paint to dry.
The auto body guy was great and he did a great job on the fender.
So, all in all it sucks that Crown Honda scratch the fender, but at at least they took responsibility for the damage and covered it.
