car has been in the shop for a differential replacement, the first week there they were gonna rebuild it, friday that week they said they had to order the tools to rebuild it, this week rolls around, they ordered a new differential, today rode over there, they dont have all the parts and differentials ar eon a critical backorder so now i have to wait another few days for them to get it from japan!!!! goign on two weeks now.......

finally honda is stepping up to the plate after not admitting a rental car allowance until i found the clause on it in their website

$35/day rental = pos
not 21 yet so i cant drive a rental, thats totally f'd up


someone needs to goto japan and pick up mah freakin part and come back with it.

going on 3 weeks is ridiculous for this.

Joey, man. . .I feel your pain! I had the same thing happen with my '00 Berlina Black/Red. She sat in the service department for two solid weeks. I thought I would miss S2KDays because of it all!

It sucked but I did have a Toyota Camry as a rental.

Listen up. . .call American Honda (the Maryland office) and explain the entire situation and the unpleasure it has caused. You may be surprised at what Honda can (and will) offer!!! Trust me!

Calling the dealer again tomorrow. Shall be day 18 tomorrow. Anyone know how long it would take to get a part form japan here if thats what they have to do?


Not going back in for service unless they assure me the parts in instock and not defective!!!!
Freaking nightmare, and the diffierential is probably gonna be given hell on the test drive.
