If your record is clean you should be able to get it knocked down to 9 over which is no points or improper equipment would be even better. If you do have some points already you can try a Pray for Judgement.

 

I have been clean for 4 years. The ticket is a careless/rekless

 

Got one of those myself along with a little free nights stay not long ago. Damn turbos.
