Great find Batguano, I through Mobile One oil like water on my cars.

 

I've been using Mobil 1 since about 10k miles or so...and I have 140k now. Figure I average about an oil change every 5k miles or so...and figure 5 solid quarts each time...

140 quarts. That doesn't sound that significant, does it?

28 oil changes?

 

I ran mobil in my car at first. it ran good but burned about 2 quarts a month. went tocastrol 10w30 high mileage and now it only burns about a quart a month.

 

am i reading this correct... it only applies to purchasing made in April of 2009?

 

April 1 till Aug 31

 

cool, good find. I'm sure i'll be due for a change by then. if not buy it and keep it till ones due
