I recently got a Go-Pro Hero Cam. I've done some testing with it and think I've about got it figured out. I'll try to take some videos and pictures and post them.

Hopefully you'll be able to make it out next time.

I would LOVE to come with you guys, but have a sales meeting both TH and FRI of the week before and there is NO way I can miss Monday.

I think I will get there in April or at least before the summer heat. I learned that that the hard way.

 

UPDATE:

Monday March 16, 2009 was a rain out so they moved the track day to Tuesday. There were only about 10 or so cars and I was the lone S. With such few cars there were pretty much no run groups.

My instructor Mike was great. In the morning we'd go out and run 15 laps or so then head in to the track map and work on line, brake points, and turns I was struggling with before heading out again.

After lunch I was running about 10 laps with Mike, 5 laps without, then I'd pick him up again and we'd head back out on the track. I don't know how many laps I turned but I went through 2 full tanks of gas and ran about 200 miles so I'd say I got my monies worth.

The day did not pass by without some excitement. I had brake issues through most of the day which lead to some interesting situations. Also at one point during the day myself an m3 and a jag were all running pretty close and pushing each other. It was a blast.

Anyways...I missed seeing you all there. Maybe next time.

 

I'm setting my car up for the track... I'll be out there in due time!

Sorry I just could not make it on Tuesday. Had to work. Glad you had a good time. I won't be able to do any track days until April. Let's try to find another date probably before WTD.
