Next event is less than 2 weeks away. Sunday June 8 at Dixie Classic Fairgrounds. Dixie is a great site because of the grand stands. You can see the entire course and stay out of the sun all day if you choose.
My offer from 2 posts up still stands. If anyone is interested in trying out autocrossing for FREE (you just have to show up and have fun), let me know since I have some free entry passes.

Lack of updates bad. Autocross this Sunday, July 13, at Groves Stadium in Winston-Salem. After the event, we'll be having a tailgate, grilling up hot dogs and burgers, as long as the weather cooperates. If you come out to drive, plan on staying out after the event.
Still have those 2 free entry passes for anyone interested. . .

Normally, I dont post about other clubs events, but I'm gonna make an exception this time.
August 10th, THSCC is having an autocross in Danville. Always fun courses up there. Making it even more fun for me personally, I get to play with 2 new toys. The modifry shift beeper and the greatest toy to have at an autocross, brand new Hoosiers.
Then, the following weekend, in Danville again, Triad and BRR SCCA will be co-sponsoring a South East Divisional, the final one of the year. We're hoping to attract some of the fastest drivers from all over the south east, so there will be plenty of competition (dont let that scare you away though. . .everyones still there to have fun). Sunday the 17th will serve as Triads 6th points event of the year, so if you cant make Saturday, Sunday is always an option too.

Short notice, but TSCC's 7th points event of 2008 is being held this Sunday at the Greensboro Coliseum. If you've got the day free, come on out as its a great spectator lot (you can see the whole course fairly easily).
More info on auto-x.com as always.
