.Back in the late 90's when internet sales were booming, I read an interesting statistic. At that time, internet sales represented somwhere around 1% (maybe less
) of all U.S. sales. That is pretty insignificant. It is no wonder the internet bubble burst. Even at 50-100% annual growth, it would take years for internet sales to be a significant part of the US economy.
