1. Would a vote allowing mental scanning as a safety guard for the state undermine all laws protecting individual freedoms and/or personal privacy?

2. Would a vote disallowing mental scanning as admissible evidence be blanket justification for Social Contract theory?

3. If given #2, whither the present Republican party as we know it?
