IF a school allows Greenpeace to promote the banning of killing baby seals, then the school should allow the complete opposite group to promote their point of view.
Dave hits on the root of the problem. The school *will* have a political and social bias and *will* promote it to your children given the chance.
It is *the parent* who needs to promote critical thinking but they need help. A child feels pretty vulnerable voicing opposition in the school setting especially to a validated (by their parents and society) authority figure.
