"What the Captain is saying Spock is that your guess is better than most peoples' facts"

(or something like that)

Absolute truth is very hard to come by. However, I can think of one absolute truth... The Corner Rocks!!!

Quite.

I am sure, but cannot prove, that I have NEVER said that the picture actually PROVED that Josh existed......

My point was that the existence of the picture itself was PART of the basis on which I made my decision that I believe that Josh exists, not the WHOLE basis, just a piece of the overall jigsaw that comes together to create what I consider to be reality......

I think reality is based on each individuals faith or doubt, (not in a religeous sense). I think it can depend on each individuals personnel beliefs.

Reality is necessary but doesn't depend on anything.
e.g. if you see something it doesn't mean it is real. (mirage) therefore reality doesn't depend on sight.

Charlie these are just my personnel opinions on the matter and I know it is a little rushed but hopefully you'll get the idea behind it.

Now can I have my $$
(j/k)

I believe that we all have our own concepts of reality which is why I said "to create what I consider to be reality"

Reality, to me, is something that I can confirm for myself by various means, be it a single, trusted source, or multiple less trusted sources .........
