Moderna second shot yesterday. Woke up with chills early a.m. got up and moved to the couch this morning but fell asleep so went to bed and have been sleeping pretty much since I went to bed last night. Legs feel like lead. Drinking lots of water and powerade but still a bit dehydrated.

My second Pfizer shot got pushed from last Sunday to this Friday because UW Medicine said that it was bet to wait at least 21 days between doses. My appointment on Sunday was only 17 days from the first vaccination.

When we did the signup thru the city (at the Lumen site) it almost forced us to do the 2nd 21 days later. Once we picked our first shot, the only calendar dates offered were exactly 21 days out. Surprised UW didn't code that in, as well.

According to the person that called me UW was originally automatically making the second appointment 21 days out but in order to get more shots in arms they shortened the window. On Thursday of last week they changed the parameters back to 21 days.
