So before you or anyone else goes off on mom ( not that I care )

I guess it to me and again just My Opinon which is typically worth squat ….. I alway's HEAR people saying " so & so SAW on FB that SO & SO did this or had this or lost this or married this person

I guess that just sits un well w/ me for some reason I kinda feel like your not REALLY TRUELY IN that persons life just hovering over it with a big magnifying glass
THAT is a good point IMO. I do catch myself making those comments, but haven't thought about it that way before. It does feel like you are just watching a friend's life from afar at times, especially for my local friends. For my friends who live far away it's a nice way to stay in touch

Also, Evans SAYS on facebook that mom makes a good point.

@ 2Tall I'll CALL him later to say tanks

Evan SAYS on FB that he'd like that

& speaking of Christmas cards I FLIPPED yours around cuz I had seen ODIN enough for one year

J / K just wanted to see your cute lil mugs for awhile
[/quote]

I think that you're the only one that wanted a pic of us on there, I did it for you

I also chose the E&M side of the card to display on the fridge.

I need more magnets for my fridge.

And I agree with M, FB is a nice tool for keeping up with the relatively mundane aspects of my friends' lives. A lot of my FB "friends" are barely acquaintances, but for those that I really care about, it's nice to know what's going on in their lives without calling them every day.

Totally agree with the magnifying glass part! In some ways I feel like facebook is just a modern, more convenient way of finding out about other people. In the past I'd hear about acquaintances from from friends or whatever this just removes a step of direct communication.
