Just as sad BB I had a Christmas Card come back & they had STAMPED DECEASED on it

This was a very special acquaintance that we made when camping way back in the day when the 's were young, oldest then maybe 5 wandered into the camper's next door ( this was a quick stop KOAISH place in Oregon... he got to pitAing the couple well the husband and he was tolerant of the kid ?'s etc... anyhoooooo before we left the lil put some dandelion's on the step of their RV 2 cute
The husband & wife got our info from the office and from then on he sent a Christmas Card every year.
Older than pita & pretty certain a non FSpaCer he STILL kept in touch each year asking how his lil was?

So yeah when I pulled that card out of my mailbox it hit me hard

 

 

I didn't even know that was a thing.

 

Neither die I or luckily never saw it before .... 1st thought was HOW COULD THEY DO THAT

I am hoping that his kids find my addy in his addy book and let me know the RIGHT way via a Service or something so that I may send flowers / card etc....
