TWENTY-TWO!?!?!?! That's crazy!! My family and I have had a series of dogs over the years and the oldest passed away at 17 1/2. I thought SHE was old. TWENTY-TWO?!?!

I'm sorry for your loss, but envious of the time you had with Frankie. Bonds with a dog are special. My best friend ever was a German Shepherd named Beaux.
