As a counterpoint to what I'd said...this is the very reason that I've been so hesitant to consider the Mini and the Fit and other FWD cars...don't like the tendency to understeer or the torque steer if you have too much power...

I'd chime in. . . but I'm realizing more and more I should just start my own new car thread. . .

. . . like it fundamentally matters. I'm too cheap.
