A big ol' American cruiser is what I picture. If you wanna go sportier, I'm thinking vintage iron (not necessarily American)...

Guinness won't be gone anytime soon. She'll become a project car, I think...

I'm not a huge FWD car fan. I prefer RWD. That said, all reviews (both in print and from friends) are that the Mini is a pretty well balanced car. Stiffer rear sway bar is probably the one recommended mod in this respect.

AWD is good...but needs a bunch of power to compensate for the extra weight and parasitic power loss...
More power begets wider tires, which begets bigger brakes, which begets beefier suspension, which begets... a ****** turd.

The Cooper S is one of the best FWD cars I've driven. No matter how much I pushed I never thought "gee I wish this was RWD". The problem with FWD tends to be when you get north of 250 HP or have 60% of the weight on the front tires. Too much to take care of.

Looking at the JCW, 2700 lbs, 62%/38% (!!!), 207 HP... sketchy.
