yes, considering how well Japan is responding to my requests, I'll go with ineffectual. 30 days after I give them an engineering change notice, and they're still not done with the drawing? FFS!

 

I'm a bit confused...are YOU ineffectual or are THEY ineffectual? Could it be that your change notice was drafted so poorly that they're still trying to decipher it?

 

I'm ineffectual in motivating them to get their work done. Customer H takes priority over customer GM :roll:
