Ah, got it! I think the base pairing is is from one string to the string on the other side of the ladder, isn't it, John? Couldn't you have GATTACA all on one string? It would partner up with CTAATGT on the other side, right?

I prefer to stick withn the good toxics, guys: perchloroethylene (PCE); benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX); methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE); hexavalent chromium; polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs); total petroleum hydrocarbons in the gasoline carbon chain range (TPH-G). Mostly good old aromatic and chlorinated volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and toxic heavy metals. Ah, life is sweet.
