I'm saying nuts.com is absolutely the WORST company I have ever done or tried to do business with. They finally sent me an e-mail back and said that they have no record of my order. I called my c/c co.and sure enough the charge is on my card for the order I made. I called the number that they left in the e-mail so I could talk to someone in person and they had a recorded message saying they are not taking any calls due to the higfh amount of volume they are receiving. Unbelivable.
I'm saying I called nuts.com today and got nobody on the phone sent them an e-mail this morning asking why my c/c was charged if they are saying they don't have a record of my order and asking them to let me know if they can indeed find my order because if they can't I would like to cancel the charge on the c/c and order something else so the person I'm sending the gift to can get something by or closely after Christmas. Got zero response.
