I’m thinking that the athletes and spectators who are attending the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament in Qatar should wear jerseys that have the names of those who died building their stadiums. Thousands have lost their lives but FIFA and Qatar don’t care.

I'm telling zdave to perhaps relax and check out what Brew Dog is doing for their FIFA World Cup campaign, as it aligns with what I think zdave would want a company should do.

I'm thinking that is a noble idea, but knowing that part of the world they would immediately prevent that from happening. The Sochi Olympics weren't much better either and you will never know the true numbers with 70k migrant workers and zero training working around the clock.

I’m thinking Budweiser and its parent company should turn around and sue Qatar / FIFA for multiple billions of dollars for their last minute backing out of their beer contract.

I’m thinking ABInBev would dance around that carefully because of other beverage contracts that might be in play.

I'm saying budweiser gives me a headache when I drink it even just 1 bottle.

I'm saying in my younger days I used to drink budweiser all the time with no problem.

I'm saying they (Budweiser) certainly got the shaft, and it isn't something they should take very lightly. They should discount their advertising payments, I think that is a valid argument if they have the gonads to bring it to the sponsoring country's attention.

I’m glad Qatar got their asses kick in the opening match.
