he's one of those guys who will say and do anything, totally fearless. funny as hell too. makes a big difference, as you say, to be that confident.
he's also totally fukn nuts and really immature, and when i say he'll say anything, i'm serious... talking about foot fetishes with total strangers, just one example.

It's probably a good idea to have a bit of a filter on your mouth, at least for the first couple times you meet someone. Not that you need to hide who you are, but you also don't want to take all the mystery out of getting to know someone.

I've been here longer than you, and I have yet to see any evidence that you've EVER had anything constructive to say.
Carry on.
Carry on.

Don't be weird. . . but be unique.
Don't be creepy. . . but seem interested.
Have an original idea for a date. . . but make everything comfortable.
Have a novel job. . . that makes money.
Make real money. . . but work with your hands.
Be spontaneous. . . but have a plan in mind.
Call me back. . . but seduce me.

I mentioned this on FB at one point. . . but the story goes like this:
I was at a party back in 1996 or so. I was chattin' this girl up, and we were really hitting it off. Then, she asked me two important (at least in her mind) questions: 1.) Was I a musician and 2.) Did I own a truck. She had dated a drummer who was a real asshole and he drove a dualie. I was a Horn player who drove a POS S-15. Clearly, I was an asshole.
The thing is, the years have gone by, the women's faces are different, the questions are a little different, but the story hasn't fundamentally changed.

Get back to work!
What "rules" are those? Apparently I'm out of the loop.
