dinner tonight was what brian suggested (for the most part): chicken with garlic (lots of garlic... like... tons of it) with fresh squeezed lemon, montreal chicken seasoning, chili pepper, salt and black pepper and olive oil... turned out really good actually! and pan roasted veggies (asparagus, broccoli and carrots) and garlic bread.
the brothers were thoroughly satisfied.. oh yeah and cantelope for dessert
i have pics and will post soon...
i guess tomorrow i'll do salmon!
