I'm telling you these "Smoke Away" guys are on to something. I was on the patch for two months, and still managed to smoke at least one or two cigs every day...After the first nite I took this shite, I woke up the following morning with no desire to smoke...that was five days ago. Seven is the magic number.

Good for you Morgan! I feel your pain. I quit smoking 23 years ago and it was so tough - only help was eating hard candy and constantly drinking coffee, also I kept telling myself how clean I was. I still have dreams where I'm smoking and I think oh shit, now I gotta quit again. I never wanna repeat that!

You can do it!

The last time I quit was Dec 4, 2000. Like you, I was swimming a lot in the show and couldn't breathe for $hit. I made it 3 years, then ended up starting again here in Elizabeth City, Primarily because there's nothing else to do. I do know that if I don't have the desire to quit, than the effort is futile.

Good for you Nanc! That's impressive to have been off the smokes for so long.

Same with me, Corey, I know that there is no way that I will give up unless I WANT to. I have given up a few times, lasting 3 - 4 years the last time. Then something came along and started me smoking again. I am determined to give up at the end of next week. When I leave Japan, new beginning, I WILL NOT SMOKE.

Keep it up Morgan. If you beat the drugs, you can surely beat nicotine
