Yeah I keep getting the g/k and n mixed up with each other

kyun dil si ka ups = kyun dil soo gah up (the s is silent when it's paired with the b/p consonant)
I wrote "kyun dil su ka ups" with the "su" sounding like "soo" - is that ok?

I'd replace hon ja man ui = hon jah man ee
I don't quite understand the ones like ui and oi just yet

oe ro um dul ee = weh row oom dehl ee
again, I don't understand the "oe" to "weh" stuff yet, either...
but how does d+u+l make "dehl"?

tough stuff. you get
I'm trying... really I am ^^;

ok last part... I hope I did it correctly... talking with the bf at the same time

*언젠가 그대는
눈물을 흘리며 내게 말했었지
사랑은 슬픈 이별보다 아픈 거라고
하지만 내 님 떠나고 이젠 나홀로남아
그대의 앞길 비추네

nun mul uhl hul ri myuh nae keh mal haess uhss ji
sa rang (sarang?) un sul bun kuh ra ko
ha ji man nae nim ttuh na ko ee jen na hul ro nam ah
kuh de ue(?) ahp gil bi choo neh

지나간 기억속에 그대 모습 생각나
견딜수가 없는 혼자만의 외로움들이
나의 마음 허무하게 해
ji na kan ki uhn sohn eh kuh dae mo suhp saeng(?) kag na
kyuhn dil su kah uhp(s)? nuhn hohn jah man ue(?) we(?) roh oohm dul ee

the "ui" when it's by itself usually sounds like "ee" rather than a fast "ooh + ee"

it's "oe" but when nothing's in front of it, it gets a "w"-ish sound.

If there was an English word, how would one say a word "Oe"?

If you try and say both vowels together, you probably get some sort of "w" sound in there somewhere. Right? Try it. It's the same thing.
