Our family also cooks zucchini slices in a flour and water mix and fries them up, I can't resist them.

Yeah several of our F Food places have them as a side but sometimes they are cut lengthwise and IMO I prefer the lil discs more of the breading
You'll have to pop into a Carl's if / when your in a State down here that has one! Wifey's look yummy PS your calling her Wifey makes me
I know you don't want to post her name on here but still gives me a chuckle when I read Wifey

There’s a Carl’s Jr in the Vancouver airport - I wonder if in Canada it’s just a west coast thing?

Hmmm, I never really gave much thought to that nickname for my wifey, it is kind of like me calling her "the little woman" . She is younger than me, and she is really tiny in size, I've had some people refer to her as my daughter, lol. She takes a size 2 shoe in misses size - she has tiny feet. Her name is Christine, and her family background is Portuguese.

I always say she had everything I was looking for in a woman when we met - low standards, lol. (fav Rodney Dangerfield joke)
