I made an amazing piece of cod for dinner, it was great, but one hour later we were hungry for some reason. I picked up some cheeseburger happy meals on the way home from work just now as we were hungry.

We had some from a Food Truck @ the race that inspired C-6 to do one of his version

 

Spinach, mushroom, onion and garlic pizza with a garden salad.

 

Penne pasta with Italian sausage with pesto sauce and olive oil.

 

I was just talking about pesto sauce today. I was a kid and had never seen it before and my Mom made it and I was grossed out because it was green lol. I said I don’t want to eat that! Of course once I tried it I liked it.

My wife is making chicken casserole with spaghetti squash. She used Costco roasted chicken for this.
