thin pasta noodles tossed with grilled chicken, rapini, olives, lots of garlic, oregano, black pepper, salt, and good dose of olive oil, topped with parm cheese.

Baking up some boneless, skinless chicken with some Italian spices and will have peas and corn with it.

I made up some coleslaw and had that with some spaghetti and hamburger, onions and garlic with sauce and parmesan cheese.

Weekend eating can be weird for us, I think we eat better during the week. Today we had lentil soup with a greek salad, some chicken salad sandwiches (made with leftover chicken), and lots of coffee.

Turkey burger i.e. ground turkey with onion and american cheese cooked in garlic salt n pepper. Came out good.
