Tonight was a taste test of meat-substitutes: we had patty melts with the Beyond Burger and the Impossible Burger patties.

Impossible Burger was better. Again, juiciness is much more beef patty like.

Bacon chedder cheeseburgers with gluten free bread that is really dry. I'm going to toast the bread and put some mayo on it see if that helps.
