I am on a high-carb diet, not many people know about this diet. lol.

In my younger years pasta 2-3 times per week was standard. In recent years it is at least once per week, but we mix it up each week.

Combo of browned hamburger seasoned & rice then some cheese and a basic tomato sauce ( not mine ) on top pre-bake.
I par boil them first so they are a lil soft.

We love stuffed peppers. We do bits of ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, herbs, and topped with small bit of sauce and parm cheese.
