Ramen with provolone, parmesan, romano, garlic butter and spinach for an appetizer. Pizza with pepperoni, onion, olives and extra cheese in the oven now for main course. Blue cheese and red sauce on the side for dipping.

Been 'grazing' since I got home from work. Just heated up 2 leftover pieces of pizza in the toaster oven and heated up a steambag of Bird's eye rice and veggies which while eating made me feel like I was on an airplane. VERY bland. I added some spice and butter to it. Also had some spinach.

I like the Japanese Ramen we buy here. Have you ever had Udon noodles ? , they are my favourite noodle. The thin egg noodles are good too (chow mein style ?)

Yes I have. There are a lot of Asian markets near where I grew up in Rhode Island. We had one right near our house in Providence called V-mart. They had every kind of noodle you could imagine. None near me here in Vt. I buy the packages of Ramen and use them as side dishes. I don't use the packets just add my own ingredients.
