I made a pizza with pepperoni, onions, olives and extra cheese. Wasn't as good as usual but then I realized I usually make it after I have a few cocktails and I'm half in the bag when I have it. I did use a really medegone cheese though so I'm going to blame it on that.

I normally use mozzarella or provolone which I tried one time for the hell of it and liked it or a pizza blend cheese. Don't know why I picked up the cheddar yesterday in the grocery store. I'm gonna play the covid stress card.
